Love
At twenty, as a vibrant sophomore in college, I anxiously asked, “Am I going to die?” The doctor replied, “I don’t know.”
After a decade of debilitating illness from systemic lupus, a rare autoimmune disease, it became clear that improving my health was up to me.
Learning to access and unlock my whole heart brought back my physical health by leading me to the root cause of my dis-ease; I was an expert stuffer of feelings.
Flow
I turned into an explorer discovering ‘me’ through feelings. Trusting my heart’s guidance freed abilities within me to help me heal and led me to the world of energy medicine.
Ease
Life became easier and more fun. I’d wake up in the morning feeling more peaceful and happier. I still have the genetic markers for lupus but no sign of disease.
Faith
I took a leap of faith leaving a successful career to follow my heart’s calling as an energy healer and intuitive advisor. My studies with various healers and shamans took me to sacred lands and sites in the South American, Australia, New Zealand and Hawaii.
Joy
I founded a private practice that serves people who are stuck and want to live more fully - move into wholeness. Nothing excites me more than helping clients move out of fear and into love. Their transformations never cease to amaze me!
Listening to my heart led me to a new, more purposeful career and multidimensional way of life. Following my soul’s purpose to write, speak, guide and teach about the power of the heart and love.
I bring a very grounded approach to wellness, coming from a 21-year career in the corporate world as an operational director. Northshore of Boston is where you’ll find me playfully smiling while cooking healthy food, enjoying friends and nature.
