Finish in Balance

“Just think- finish in balance and hold it.”  This gem was bestowed upon me during my final lesson with the retiring golf pro that taught me the game.   “Finish in balance and trust your swing,” he said.  I smiled, looked up from the ball and said, “That’s perfect for me.”   Empty my mind of the subtle doubts and fears, trust, and flow in balance.  His words not only echo in my head on the course but also serve as a metaphor for life.  As an energy healer, balance is the cornerstone of my practice.  How about bringing more balance into your life?
