I continue to call and call to no avail. Finally, realizing it might be a while, my attention turns to the churning in my gut, anxiety. “Oh boy,” I sit down in a comfy chair and put my left hand on my heart. Within seconds, my breath slows as I begin to feel the warm, reassurance of connection — love. A few minutes later my mind and body begin to relax.
